Normative framework for government interventions in the energy market for the purpose of energy transition
The energy transition requires rapid changes in the energy market, at a pace that the market itself cannot always handle. To keep up the pace towards the goals of the Paris climate agreement, the government will have to play an active role in the energy transition. This report (in Dutch) discusses the contours of an intervention framework to support the government in identifying an energy transition issue and choosing the right policy instrument to solve the issue effectively and efficiently.
